• Document Controller
QUALIFICATIONS
1- Degree / Diploma with a minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
2- Must be fully conservant with MS Office Applications.
3- Knowledge of any online Document Control System will be an added advantage.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
He/she should have a basic understanding of Construction Projects and Documentation
systems.
Establishing a uniform referencing system while adhering to Company norms and
requirements.
Liaising with and distributing project-related information with the project team and potentially external parties.
Assisting of Project Manager as needed.
Ensure that quality documentation, such as documents, drawings, RFIs, and Incoming and Outgoing registers maintained.
File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
Adhere to the Company's Document lifecycle procedures, processes and as required by the
Project Manager.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentation.
