Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and customer service. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, walk-ins, and networking
✅ Promote and sell Edge Academy’s training programs and services to prospective clients
✅ Understand client needs and offer customized course recommendations
✅ Conduct face-to-face meetings or virtual presentations with clients
✅ Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
✅ Maintain strong after-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
✅ Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
✅ Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management

Who We're Looking For:

🔸 Female candidates only (requirement based on team balance)
🔸 Proven sales or customer service experience – education industry is a plus
🔸 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
🔸 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
🔸 Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
🔸 Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
🔸 Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor
🔸 Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
