Role of a Typist
Typists working in a Tas-heel or Amer (Dubai equivalent) center are responsible for preparing and submitting various applications into these government systems on behalf of clients. This requires fast and accurate typing skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the documentation requirements for different government services to ensure compliance and avoid delays.
- Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing skills are mandatory, with proficiency in both English and Arabic often being strongly preferred or a requirement for specific roles.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to catch errors and inconsistencies in documentation and data entry.
- Knowledge of Government Systems: Extensive experience and familiarity with the specific government portals (Amer, Tas-heel, GDRFA, MOHRE, etc.) and related procedures.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are needed for interacting with clients to gather information and with government departments for clarification.
- Confidentiality: The ability to handle and protect sensitive client information with strict confidentiality is crucial.
- Multitasking and Time Management: The capacity to manage high workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a busy environment.
Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in typing and document processing
✔️ Strong knowledge and practical experience with ICP and Tas-heel systems
✔️ Ability to process all types of visa-related applications with accuracy
✔️ Fast and accurate typing skills
✔️ Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
