​1. Accountant (B.Com / M.Com)

​Focus: Managing financial records and ensuring transactional accuracy.

​Financial Recording: Managing accounts payable and receivable.

​Documentation: Verifying invoices, receipts, and petty cash vouchers.

​Inventory Accounting: Tracking stock levels and reconciling physical stock with system records (crucial for food stuff trading).

​Reporting: Preparing monthly financial statements and VAT filings (if applicable).

​Compliance: Ensuring all transactions adhere to UAE financial regulations and company policy.

​2. IT Executive (Male - BSc IT/CS)

​Focus: Maintaining digital infrastructure and supporting daily operations.

​System Maintenance: Managing and troubleshooting hardware (PCs, Printers, POS Terminals).

​Network Management: Ensuring stable internet connectivity and Wi-Fi across the office/store.

​Software Support: Assisting staff with ERP software, email configurations, and basic MS Office issues.

​Data Security: Performing regular data backups and maintaining CCTV systems.

​Inventory Systems: Maintaining the barcode scanning systems and database integrity for the retail outlets.
