Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of high-rise/tower construction projects
Planning, execution, monitoring, and project delivery within budget & timeline
Coordination with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and authorities
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety, and quality standards
Manage project resources, schedules, and risk mitigation
2. Site Engineer (Civil)
Experience: 6–8 years
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and construction works
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors
Ensure drawings, specifications, and method statements are followed
Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
3. QA/QC Engineer
Experience: 5–7 years
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain Quality Assurance & Quality Control procedures
Conduct inspections and material approvals
Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specs, and standards
Prepare inspection reports and NCRs
Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals
4. Draftsman
Experience: 5–7 years
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise shop drawings, as-built drawings
Coordinate with engineers and site team for updates
Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications
Experience in AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage)
5. Construction Supervisor
Experience: 8–10 years
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site workforce and daily construction activities
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and schedules
Monitor productivity, safety, and workmanship quality
Coordinate with Site Engineer and Project Manager
Ensure compliance with HSE standards
