 Online Sales & Accounts Coordinator Food & Beverage (UAE)

About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to join our growing F&B team. This dual-function role sits at the intersection of digital operations and financial administration — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant or delivery environment and can seamlessly switch between live order management and end-of-day reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Menu Management

  • Own and maintain our brand presence across Talabat, Deliveroo, and Noon Food
  • Execute timely menu updates, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure item availability, images, and descriptions are always accurate and optimized
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and marketing teams on new launches and seasonal offers

Live Order Operations

  • Monitor real-time dashboards across all platforms during operating hours
  • Ensure 100% order dispatch accuracy with zero delays or missed tickets
  • Liaise with riders, aggregator support teams, and kitchen staff to resolve live issues
  • Track order fulfillment KPIs and flag recurring bottlenecks

Accounts & Financial Reporting

  • Reconcile daily sales across all delivery platforms against internal POS records
  • Manage invoicing, track platform payouts, and flag discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate financial logs and prepare daily/weekly sales summaries for management
  • Support month-end reporting and assist with audit documentation

Customer & Operational Support

  • Handle cancellations, refunds, and complaints with speed and professionalism
  • Coordinate with aggregator partner managers on account issues or suspensions
  • Maintain a log of recurring issues and propose process improvements.



Requirements

  • UAE Experience: Prior experience in the UAE F&B or hospitality industry is mandatory
  • Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Talabat, Deliveroo, or similar aggregator portals is a strong advantage
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with restaurant POS systems and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, daily reporting)
  • Multitasking Ability: Proven capacity to manage live operations and administrative tasks simultaneously under pressure
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus
  • Availability: Flexibility to cover operational hours including weekends and holidays.
