Outdoor Sales Executive – Home Appliances

Location: Abu Dhabi / Al Ain
Salary: AED 8,000 + Incentives + Petrol Allowance + SIM Card

We are looking for an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive for Home Appliances sales in Abu Dhabi / Al Ain. Candidates must have strong market knowledge, dealer network experience, and proven outdoor sales performance in the UAE.


Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience in Abu Dhabi / Al Ain (mandatory)
• Experience in Home Appliances / Consumer Electronics (MDA) industry
• Strong dealer and retail market sales experience (IR channel)
• Private label (OEM) product sales experience preferred
• Must currently be working or have worked in outdoor sales (not merchandiser / assistant role)
• Strong product knowledge and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Valid UAE Driving License required
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain market routes
• Ability to handle sales pressure and meet monthly targets.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage dealer and retail sales network
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Plan and execute promotional activities in assigned areas
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Collect market feedback and report to management
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers
• Expand customer base and identify new business opportunities

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors ☕
